We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel and were upgraded to a larger room. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the hotel had a charming atmosphere that we enjoyed.
One major issue we encountered during our stay was the lack of attentiveness from the night porter. We had difficulty finding him when we needed assistance and when we did find him, he was unhelpful.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the town center and within walking distance of everything. Close enough to walk to excellent restaurants and even the town hall. The rooms have a charming ambience and some even have garden views. The staff is efficient, hardworking, and friendly. The breakfast, although slow at times, offers a good variety of food.
The hotel can get quite noisy at times, especially during peak seasons when there are many revellers and smokers congregating outside.
